- Folder name (if in a folder under root)
- Domain name you want your site installed on
- cPanel Username
- cPanel Password
- cPanel Login URL
- Your First Name
- Your Last Name
- Your Phone Number (optional)
- eMail Address
- Web Site Name (What Do You Want To Call Your Site?)
- Any additional info you want to provide
If you need hosting we recommend and use InMotion Hosting or HostGator. InMotion offers a free domain registration with their hosting packages, so if you need to register a new domain name, that is a good deal.

After paying with Paypal, you will be re-directed to a web page where you will enter the above information and send it to us via email.
Here is what we provide and your total cost is only $99 for the complete package. The premium theme alone sells for $79.95, and you still have to install it yourself.
